Do I need to send in any documents?

Yes, when you apply online, you must connect to our instant bank verification system to provide your bank statements. In some cases, our team may also ask you to provide a pay stub or a benefit statement.

What is IBV?

This is the most secure and fastest way to provide your bank statements without having to bother you with more paperwork. The instant bank verification (IBV) system has been specifically designed to streamline the online application process. It works according to the highest security standards used by online financial institutions.

How do I pay?

We take care of everything! Your variable line of credit payment will be debited directly from your bank account.

What are the rates and service fees?

Our company offers variable credit contracts with an annual interest rate of 20%. A subscription to our website is required to obtain the line of credit.

Can I pay off in advance?

You have between 3 to 6 months to pay back the line of credit. Payments will be made according to your pay schedule. However, It is possible to pay off your debt before the time limit established by the contract.

Can I increase my line of credit when I renew?

Yes. You can request a different amount when you are eligible to renew your line of credit. If you need a cash advance or would like to increase your credit limit, log in to your customer account or contact our customer service representatives. We’ll be happy to help you.

When can I get a cash advance or increase my variable credit limit?

You can request a cash advance or increase your variable credit limit when you see the 'cash advance' and 'increase my credit limit' buttons appear in your dashboard.

What are the penalties if I miss a payment?

Our fee for a payment returned to us is $10.

It is best to contact us 72 business hours before the scheduled collection date if you know that your payment could be returned. It will cost you less to defer payment, and we will be happy to make an arrangement with you.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible, your salary must be paid by direct deposit in the same account for more than 3 months. We accept beneficiaries from CNESST, private insurance, parental, RQAP or regime des rentes. Applicants must not be under an undischarged bankruptcy or plan to do so.

In which case could an application be refused?

Are refused: self-employed workers, recipient of social assistance, candidates whom source of revenue comes from: employment insurance, employment allocation, student loans and bursary program. Applicants who have too many payments with insufficient funds or whom short term financial resources are insufficient.
